However, the KEY is to not install it right after download but search for the download folder with.viv file and copy paste it to a backup usb drive or dvd.

Then install it which will delete the.viv install file from your computer but not on your usb (as long as you backed it up to the usb first!). I've been going 'round and 'round with Amazon about this very issue. They are not understanding what I am saying. It IS a '.viv' file that 'just running' the setup.exe from Amazon's download folder can not find. Going to re-download and get that file copied right now.

Going to re-download and get that file copied right nowhey no problem man, it should be in your default download folder labeled something like amazon download (games) after you download it with their download manager thing. Like I said it should be a huge 4gb + or more.viv file. Just click start button and type '.viv ' or search my computer in windows for a.viv file and backup that huge file. Also, remember to backup your game key with that huge file so you don't misplace the key and just have a useless install file if you need to reinstall later.Let me know if you have any other questions.
