Power bi convert utc to local time in excel

I have a workbook data model uploaded to PowerBI.I want to include a 'last refreshed' datetime value on the front powerview report.I'd added a NOW call to my dimdate, which works fine in the workbook on my local machine. But once i upload it to powerbi, now returns the datetime in UTC. Not very useful. If i could get a consistent datetime on both, i could do something to +10.5 it to bring it into Aus, or if i could get the time with the timezone set to aest, that'd be great.any ideas?

In this video it is demonstrated how date/times in Power Query can be converted from a time zone with a fixed UTC offset (in this case, UTC itself) to a time zone with clock switches. Click 'Change' to the right of the time zone to update this information. A time zone, the default time zone will be Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-00:00). The time zone on the Power BI Analytics Settings page will immediately update,.

It obviously has to work as a scheduled refresh inside PowerBII dont have any on-premise sql servers or the like i can point it atJakub @ Adelaide, Australia. Ok, I understand there will be an issue if you harcode and user refreshes the model locally.PowerBI models are hosted on online SharePoint 2013 and it uses the default settings from SharePoint site (team site) which you can change by following the method mentioned in my previous post (at least try that). Also, follow this to set refresh based on regional settings, https://support.office.com/client/Schedule-data-refresh-for-workbooks-in-Power-BI-for-Office-365-7d6d2816-7fb0-4c5f-a353-d5bd13124985.
